Emma and Her Struggles

This post is going to be about my daughter and her struggle with school: I wish she was homes school cause shes having a hard time with keeping up and I don't want her to think shes stupid or be made fun of, if she was home schooled she would only have to be on her pace pushed at her own rate. Shes in 2nd grade. Although Emma is smart she struggles a lot at school. In kindergarten Emma was struggling to remember the letter names in her name. I had them (the school) test her cause we would spend a whole week on the letters A,B,C, after she wrote A like 15 times and said it I would ask her literally a second later what letter that was and she honestly had no idea, at that point I knew something was wrong/off. After tests were done that realized that her short memory wasn't what it was suppose to be. She gets extra help at school and stays after school till 5 pm to get even more help. She has improved so much sense going to the after school program I hope she's going to catch up soon. The test showed that her I.Q. was fine and where it should be. Everything else with test was great and she scored where she should have, expect for the memory one. I think i might look into home schooling her although I don't think shed want me to be teacher, that's the one thing about Emma she love me to be mom not teacher.

Well I'm sure I'll be writing a lot more about Emma cause she is my world. But i think that's enough for today.   

A Little More About Me

O.K. so some more things about me:

 Well I'm a stay at home mom(although I'm thinking about getting a part time job) like I said my daughter is 7 Her name is Emma and shes in the second grade, I babysit my nephew Jacob who is 8 and in the third grade while his mom and dad are at work I watch him like 3 days a week from 3-8 love him like hes my own son. I met my fiancee online and talked to him for a year before meting him, we have been living together for almost 2 1/2 years and plan on getting married Aug 2015 been engaged for 2 years (Ill tell our love story in another post on another day). I have 1 dog 2 cats 1 fish and 1 guinea pig. (Ill tell you names and pet stories in another post) 

I know my grammar is awful but I don't care if you don't like it don't read it I'm just me.

About Me

   Hello!!! My name is Brittney I'm 28 years old. I'm a mother of one daughter whom is 7, shes my world. I'm engaged to a man named John (31), neither of us have been married before. My daughter (Emma) loves John like her own daddy. John has no kids of his own so we have decided to have a baby and try for one very soon (yes it might be before our wedding), not everyone is happy with our choice (have heard some negative comments from a few people close to us which upset me deeply)  but that's OK its our choice and we're excited. We're excited to get married and we're excited to have our family grow. I'm excited to see our new lives as we start them all together as one family.
